Come celebrate the past and future of student journalism with us on Friday, November 17 as The Daily honors its 125th year of publication.

Join us for an afternoon of keynotes, breakouts and reflections before our annual Big Game Banquet at The Arrillaga Alumni Center. Speakers for the main event include Joel Stein ’93 and Douglas Wilson ’72.

The event will also include two periods of 50-minute breakout panels, featuring speakers from The New York Times, The Washington Post, POLITICO, McClatchy, ESPN and more. See the schedule below for more details.

A cocktail hour and dinner will immediately follow the event. Since space is limited, we will be accepting RSVPs for that portion of the day on a first-come, first-serve basis.

12:30-1:00 p.m.: Check-in

1:15-1:55 p.m.: Opening remarks/Keynote #1

2:00-2:50 p.m.: First session of breakout panels

2:55-3:45 p.m: Second session of breakout panels

3:50-4:15 p.m: State of The Daily presentation

4:15-5:00 p.m: Keynote #2 and closing remarks

5:00-6:00 p.m: Cocktail hour

6:00 p.m: Banquet (Arrillaga Alumni Center)
